德尔塔巴流量计
FD系列
原理,结构                                                                              
德尔塔巴流量计是运用差压式皮托管的工作原理,插入式的安装方法,设计生成的一种流量计。均速管德尔塔巴流量计是由检测杆,取压口和导杆组成,他横穿管道内部与管轴垂直,在检测杆迎流面上设有多个总压检测孔,分别有总压导压管和静压导压管引出。根据总压与静压的差压值,计算流经管道的流量                                                                            
测量原理                                                                                  
均速德尔塔巴流量计采用曲面设计,截面本身是对称的,曲面分为三部分如(右图),迎面部分为平滑段,使探头平滑地与介质接触,第二部分为加速段,将介质的流速平均加速三倍,通过增加与介质的接触面,提高迎流段的压力;第三部分为高低压分界尖峰,突然阻力消失,在探头后面形成低压区,实际的彩色速谱可以充分的反映介质流速的变化,所以说均速德尔塔巴流量计探头的设计满足了压损小和差压大的要求。

德尔塔巴的流量计算基本是按照ENISO 5167-1 标准(前DIN952 标准,计算孔板的方法)中指定的方法计算。具体是下列各计算公式:                                                                                   
       其中: Qm : 质量流量, 量纲为kg/s;                                                                          
       ζ: 探头的阻力参数(阻断系数),无量纲;(每个探头有一个值,在计算报告中)                                                                      
       d:管道的内径,单位为米;dp:差压,实测参数、单位为pa=n/㎡=kg/s2m                                                                          
       ρB :运行条件时的介质密度,单位为kg/m3                                                                      
根据差压、内径、探头自身提供的阻断系数和介质工作密度就可以计算质量流量。问题是工作密度,可能需要温压补偿,通过查表的方式(ρB =f(t,P)),或者调用(使用)大多数PLC 或者DCS 中内置的标准计算密度子程序。对于气体,需要确定具体的膨胀系数
